Windows And Doors Grant FAQ

Does the grant cover "glass-only" replacement?
No, the SEAI individual grant is for replacing the entire unit (frame and glass). The new units must meet a high thermal performance standard (a U-value of 1.4 W/m²K or better).

Can I apply for the grant in stages?
No, you can only claim the Windows and Doors grant once for your property. It is best to include all the windows and doors you plan to replace in a single application to maximise your funding.
